This service listing package will allow sellers to employ our licensed real estate brokerage, Green Expectations, LLC. To list their homes on the MLS for a Premium Full service 6.00% commission.

The purpose of this custom fit strategy is to give the seller and edge and better chance for buyers to find the property and buy it through advance marketing and exposure on social media, the Internet, and the MLS, since 93% of buyers start their house search on the Internet.

  1. Initial consultation: 1- 2 hours presentation to discuss the following: staging, showings, pricing, custom marketing plan, and selling strategy.

    f. Our real estate office will provide a professional photographer, house floor plan, and stager to improve the house presentation and marketing.

  15. Bi-weekly update – Expect a telephone call from your listing agent.
